Financial Accountant

Crow Holdings Development is seeking a Financial Accountant to capture, analyze, and report financial information while supporting various aspects of payroll, forecasting, and analytical reporting. This hands-on, data-centric role requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growing business environment. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between the accounting team in Boca Raton, division leaders, and senior executives.

• Manage a portfolio of standard monthly financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.
• Assist with payroll funding reports and allocations, including highly confidential compensation analyses.
• Prepare and reconcile quarterly reporting data.
• Support the preparation of consolidated operating results for executive-level reporting.
• Participate in the 5-year budgeting process.
• Administer Concur, a cloud-based expense management product.
• Administer Adaptive, a cloud-based budgeting solution.
• Actively contribute to short- and long-term accounting initiatives, including evaluating processes, reporting, documentation, and systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering high-accountability work products with exceptional accuracy and timeliness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Experience with Yardi, Adaptive and/or Concur is preferred.
